GRAVITY SKATEWHEEL CONVEYORS

Width – 12in., 15in., 18in., and 24 in. overall
Frame – 2 1/2in. deep x 1 in. flange x 12ga. Powder painted formed steel or 1/8 in. heat-treated aluminum channel with bolt-in cross members.
Gravity Skatewheel Conveyors Couplings – Bolts on one end, hooks on opposite end.
Lengths – 5ft. & 10ft. straight sections
Wheels – 1 15/16in. O.D. ball bearings run in hardened raceway with life-time lubrication. Corrosion resistant aluminum or zinc-coated steel.
Axles – � in. dia., threaded one end with locknut. Spaced on 3in. or 4in. centers specify.

Frame – 2 1/2in. deep x 1 in. flange x 12ga. Powder painted formed steel or 1/8 in. heat-treated aluminum channel with bolt-in cross members.
Couplings – Bolts on one end, hooks on opposite end.

Rollers – 1 3/8in. dia. X 18 ga. Galvanized steel or heat-treated aluminum tubing. Spring loaded axle allows roller to be easily removed or inserted.

POWER ROLLER CONVEYOR

Bed – Roller bed with 1.9in. dia. Roller x 16 ga. Galvanized tube and ABEC-1 precision bearings spaced every 3in. Mounted set-low in 6 1/2in. x 12 ga. Powder pained formed steel channel frame bolted together with splice plates.
Drive Roller – 1.9 in.dia. 24VDC motorized roller. One in each zone of conveyor. Maximum slaved: 9 rollers.
Slave-O-Rings – 3/16 in.dia. polyurethane o-rings slave-drive zone idler rollers from motorized roller.
Accumulation Zones – 24in. long electrically controlled.
EZLogic Accumulation Module- Located in each zone
Roller controller – Controls and protects motorized roller. One located in each zone.
Power Supply – 40amp DC power supply, 28 volt fixed output. Maximum of 40 zones per power supply 120 VAC, 17 amp input. Mounted near center of conveyor
Conveying Speed – 65FPM constant
Capacity – Maximum load 50lbs per zone

 

BELT CONVEYOR

Belt- ultimate 140 BOS – Nitrile, impregnated belt with one side brushed.
Bed – 6 5/8in.deep x 12 ga. Formed steel slider bed powder painted. Reinforced with 3/4in. pipe which forms sockets for guard rails. Standard 5ft. & 10 ft. long sections bolt together with splice plates. 48in.and 51in. bed widths are available in 5ft. lengths only.
End Drive – Located on the discharge end of conveyor, chain guard on left hand side.
Drive Pulley – 8in.dia. with 1 3/16in.dia. shaft at bearings, machine crowned and fully lagged.
Tail Pulley – 6in.dia. with 3/16in.dia. shaft at bearings, machine crowned.
Snub Idler – Adjustable 2 1/8in.dia. for tail end 2 1/2in.dia. for drive end. Pre-lubricated ball bearings. Guards included.
Return Idler – Adjustable 1.9in.dia. pre-lubricated bearings.
Take-up- Take-ups at tail pulley. Provides 4in.of the belt take up.
Bearings – Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning, ball bearings on drive and tail pulley.
Speed Reduction – Sealed worm gear C-Face speed reducer. No.50 roller chain to drive pulley.
Motor – 1HP- 208/230/460/575V-3PH-60Hz. Totally Enclosed C-Face
Belt Speed – Constant 65FPM

DRAG CHAIN CONVEYOR

Chain – C-2060H double pitch conveyor chain (straight sidebar)
Chain Guide - UHMW polyethylene
Frame – 6 in. x 7 ga. Powder painted formed steel angle with 1 1/2in. x 3/16in. wall, chain support tube. 4 ga. Formed coupling channels located at infeed and discharge ends of each module.
Motor – 1 1/2HP – 230/460V – 3PH.60HZ. gear motor, located underneath in 5ft. long modules.
Accumulation Zones – 60 in. long with EZ-Logic Accumulation.
Drive Sprockets – Hardened 2060BTB15H with 1 3/8in. dia. Steel shaft.
Bearings – Sealed, pre-lubricated, self aligning, ball bearings on drive.
Conveying Speed – 30FRM
Capacity – 12,000lbs. maximum at 30FPM ( 1 1/2HP maximum)
EZLogic Accumulation Module – Located in each zone (Diffuse) UL and CSA Approved
Power Supply – 27 VDC, 4 amp Power Supply located near center of conveyor. Maximum of 50 zones per power supply. Requires 120VAC input.
Air Requirements – Recommended working pressure 60 P.S.I - .50 cu.ft.per actuation for18” & 21” strand centers- 1.0cu.ft.per actuation for 24-28 strand centers.
Filter, Regulator – Supplied for main air supply line. Includes pressure sensor.

 

ZERO PRESSURE CONVEYOR

Bed – Roller Bed with 1.9in. dia. X 9ga. Unplated rollers, spaced every 4 or 6 in. Tread rollers mounted in 3 1/2in x 7 ga. Formed channel on side opposite chain guard and 4 � in x 7ga. Formed channel on chain guard side. Bolted together with butt coupling.
EZDrive System – Shaft mounted gearmotor located near center of each zone 1/3 HP- 3PH 60Hz. totally enclosed fan cooled. 230/460 V. EZDrive Disconnect panel with 24VDC power supply for EZlogic.
Drive Chain – No. 40 roller-to-roller
Chain Guard – Formed steel guards totally enclose drive chains.
Accumulation zones – 60 in. long
EZlogic Accumulation Module – Located in each zone
Conveying Speed – constant 35FPM
Capacity – Maximum load per linear foot conveyor 150lbs with supports on 10ft. centers, 250lbs per foot with supports on 5ft. centers. Not to exceed 1000lbs per zone.

 

SORTATION CONVEYOR

Belt- Ultimate 140 BOS ( friction surface both sides) Clipper lacing.
Bed- Roller bed with 1.9in. dia.x 16ga. Galvanized rollers with ABEC-1 bearings spaced every 6-in. Mounted in 6 1/2in. x 12ga. Powder painted formed steel channel frame bolted together with splice plates.
Drive Pulley – 8in. dia. With 1 11/16in.dia. shaft at bearings, machine crowned and fully lagged.
Infeed Tail Pulley – 3 1/4in.dia. “drop-in” pulley, machine-crowned.
Discharge Tail Pulley – 6in.dia. with 1 7/16in.dia. shaft at bearings, machine crowned.
Snub Idler & Return Idler – Adjustable 2 1/2in.dia. pre-lubricated ball bearings.
Tracking Device – Provides dynamic belt tracking, Located at in feed end of sorter.
Take-up Pulley – 6in.dia. with 1 7/16in.dia. shaft at bearings, machine crowned.
Take-Up-Take-up in center drive provides 15in.(heavy Duty)or 36in.(high performance) belt take up.
Pneumatic Tensioner – Provides constant belt tension on high-performance drives. Supplied with regulator for 12-15psi
Bearings – Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings with eccentric lock collars. Pre-lubricated ball bearings in tread rollers.
Drive- Heavy Duty or high performance center drive, located at discharge end. Shaft-mounted gearmotor and variable speed controller, 230Vor 460V- 3Ph 60Hz. Horsepower based on speed abd length requirements.
Tracking Encoder – Provided on take-up pulley shaft. Contact factory for encoder specifications.
Belt Speed – Determined by application requirements. 300FPM maximum.
Capacity – Maximum unit package weight 75lbs. Maximum distributed load of 4000lbs Max conveyor length is 150ft.
Maximum number of Diverters – Double-sided with slaved spurs; 7 diverters. Single – sided with slaved spurs: 9 diverters. Single-or-double-sided with non-slaved spurs: 12 diverters.

 

DIVERTER

Capacity – Maximum unit weight – 75lbs
Package Size – Minimum:6in.wide x 9in.long
Diverter Mechanism – Two banks of twin pivoting 3 1/8in.dia. wheels with urethane treads driven by 3/8in.dia.uretha belts. Double sided diverts not available.
Air Cylinder – 32mm dia.bore x7/8in. stroke double acting. Dual cylinder for two sided diverters.
Air Requirements – Working pressure 30 to 40 P.S.I. depending on width. Free Air consumption at 40 p.s.i.
Air Valve – 24 volt Dc single solenoid 4-way air valve, two per single sided diverter, 4 per double sided
Air Filter – Supplied for main air supply line with 1/2in NPT ports. Required working pressure 30-40 p.s.i.
Drive – Slave driven from main belt conveyor
Positioning Diverter – Diverter used at infeed of two-sided sorters to position packages for proper diverting.
